Local to Manly
We know the homes here.
We work right across Manly, from homes near The Corso and Manly Wharf to the streets behind North Steyne.
Manly mixes heritage homes, apartments and new builds, and older wiring often sits behind newer finishes. Careful testing comes first, so the fix suits the building rather than fighting it.

Heritage homes, apartments and sea air
Manly's older homes often have original wiring hiding behind newer renovations. We test before we touch anything, so the new work suits what is really in the walls.
In the apartments around The Corso and North Steyne, work inside your unit and work on common property can have different owners. Balconies and courtyards near the water also need outdoor fittings rated for the conditions.
