Privacy policy
Your details stay with us.
Loony Leads Electrical ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled.
What we collect
When you call, text, chat or send a quote request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, and the details you give us about the electrical work you need. We may also use standard website analytics and advertising tools, which collect general technical information such as device type and how the site was used.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and quote the job, to schedule and carry out the work you ask for, to keep records of jobs and communication for our business, and to understand how people find us so we can improve.
How it is stored and shared
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by Patrick Kaleta and the people directly helping run Loony Leads Electrical. We never sell it. We may share limited information with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our email and form providers, only so they can do that job for us.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, unless we must keep it for tax or warranty records. Call 0412 766 731 or email loonyleads@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Last updated October 2026.
