Fault finding questions
What does fault finding cost?
Fault finding is charged by the hour and explained up front, because nobody can know how long a hidden fault takes to find. Our rate is $150 an hour plus GST, with a $100 service fee plus GST, so the first hour is $250 plus GST, with materials extra.
Why does my safety switch keep tripping?
Usually a faulty appliance, damaged cable, moisture or a problem at the board. It is doing its job, so rather than resetting it again we test properly to find and fix the real cause.
Will you check my switchboard while you are there?
Yes. Every job comes with a free switchboard check and a straight answer on its condition.

We work across the Northern Beaches, including Dee Why, Manly, Mona Vale, Mosman, Frenchs Forest, Freshwater, Collaroy, Balgowlah, Newport and the suburbs around them.
