Test and tag questions
What does test and tag cost?
Test and tag is quoted up front, based on how many items you have. For smaller jobs our rate is $175 an hour plus GST for a qualified tradesperson and an apprentice, plus a $100 service fee plus GST.
How often does equipment need testing?
It depends on where it is used. Gear on a building site needs testing far more often than gear in an office. Tell us where yours is used and we will tell you the right interval.
Will you check my switchboard while you are there?
Yes. Every job comes with a free basic switchboard check and a straight answer on its condition. A detailed inspection with a written report is $250 plus GST.
Do you offer a 24 hour call out?
Yes. We offer a 24 hour call out for urgent electrical problems. Call 0412 766 731 any time and we will tell you the cost before we come out.
